The minimum system requirements are listed below for attending or conducting Virtual Classroom Training using our WebEx internet conferencing platform.

No Pop Up Blockers | top
- Pop up blockers must be disabled or removed to view the participant viewing window.
Phone Line | top
- You need an available phone line to access the audio portion of the presentation. Following registration you will receive an e-mail with a toll-free number to call for the teleconference. This is in addition to any phone line required for your Internet connection.
Handouts | top
- Often, our training sessions include handouts which can be downloaded to your local computer either during or after the session. In some situations, when we conduct ongoing training or hosting of training, these documents and tools will be accessible via a custom web page specific to that client
Self-Paced and Recorded Sessions | top
- In your busy schedule, you may have missed one of our recent events. With that in mind, we have Self-Paced key sessions for you to review at your convenience. If you are interested in viewing a Self-Paced session and do not see it listed in our catalog, please contact us for information about accessing.

- For viewing recordings or Self-Paced presentations, Windows Media Player 6.4 or higher, RealPlayer G2, RealPlayer 7, or Macromedia Flash are required.

Cancellation and Refunds Policy | top
Refunds requested at least 7 days prior to a live web event, or for any other type of purchase including - but not limited to - on-demand courses, books, videos, services, speaker engagements, etc. will be provided less bank transaction and processing fees equal to 5% of fees originally paid by customer. Refunds requested less than 7 days prior to and up to the day of live events will be provided less 25% of original transaction for bank and service costs. Refunds requested after a live event has taken place will not be provided.
Should a Webinar event be cancelled by AAMA EduLink and/or associated provider, all fees paid by purchaser will be refunded in full. In the event an on-demand course or course library subscription becomes unavailable or is discontinued, all fees paid by customer will be refunded on a prorated basis, i.e., a 12 month subscription discontinued at six (6) months will result in a refund of one half (1/2) of purchase price.
