Webinar Audio

You need an available phone line, or computer microphone and speakers (headset is recommended) to access the audio portion of the presentation. Following your successful event registration, you will receive an e-mail providing the link for participating in the webinar. Once you ahve joined the webinar online, you will be shown a dialog box with several options for joining the audio portion of the event.

 

Handouts

Often, our training sessions include handouts which can be downloaded to your local computer either during or after the session. In some situations, when we conduct ongoing training or hosting of training, these documents and tools will be accessible via a link provided by MyPlaceToLearn.

 

Cancellation and Refunds Policy

Refunds requested at least 7 days prior to a live web event, or for any other type of purchase including - but not limited to - on-demand courses, books, videos, services, speaker engagements, etc. will be provided less bank transaction and processing fees equal to 5% of fees originally paid by customer. Refunds requested less than 7 days prior to and up to the day of live events will be provided less 25% of original transaction for bank and service costs. Refunds requested after a live event has taken place will not be provided, however, access to the recording of the live event can be provided in lieu of your attendance at the live event.

 

Should a Webinar event be cancelled by MyPlaceToLearn and/or associated provider, all fees paid by purchaser will be refunded in full. In the event an on-demand course or course library subscription becomes unavailable or is discontinued, all fees paid by customer will be refunded on a prorated basis, i.e., a 12 month subscription discontinued at six (6) months will result in a refund of one half (1/2) of purchase price.
