Refunds | top
Refunds requested at least 7 days prior to a live web event, or for any other type of purchase including - but not limited to, on-demand courses, books, videos, services, speaker engagements, etc. will be provided less bank transaction fees, minimum 2.5% of original transaction amount, maximum 5%. Refunds requested less than 7 days prior to live events will be provided less 25% of original transaction for bank and service costs.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless MyPlaceToLearn, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants and agents from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, attorneys fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of the Terms of Use or your infringement, or infringement by any other user of your account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity. The Terms of Use will inure to the benefit of MyPlaceToLearn's successors, assigns and licensees.

MyPlaceToLearn may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Because MyPlaceToLearn has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that MyPlaceToLearn is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and is not responsible or liable for any Content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that MyPlaceToLearn shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such Content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.

Publicity and Press Release | top
With your prior review and approval, we may issue a press release announcing your use of the Service. We may use your name or logo on our Site or in collateral marketing materials relating to the services.

These Terms of Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without giving effect to its conflict of laws or your actual state or country of residence.
