Essential Skills: Project Management
Employees will look to leadership and assess the level of your commitment to stated goals or targets. If you do not display complete commitment, they will adjust their priorities to reflect those of leadership. One of the clearest ways to illustrate leadership's commitment is through effective project management, and your active involvement in the project from launch to successful implementation and evaluation of results.
This course provides information on how to successfully plan, manage and deliver projects. You'll learn to:
- organize and define your project
- develop a scope of work
- establish baselines
- determine resource allocations
- develop manageable work plans and budgets
- develop effective metrics to assess and evaluateprogress
This course will take approximately 2 hours to complete.
