HR Essentials: Recruiting and Hiring
The average manager receives little to no training on best practices for recruiting and interviewing employees. Meeting the expectation of integrating new talent while managing the potential perception of bias and discrimination is one of the dilemmas today’s leaders face when seeking and hiring personnel.
This course will cover the role and importance of job descriptions and position standards, how to solicit applicants, how to vet resumes, interviewing basics, how to perform back ground and reference checks, and the ever-popular legalities of hiring. This course will take approximately 2 hours to complete.
