Unlike the supervisor and subordinate relationship normally associated with management, performance management creates a partnership between the employee and employer. It lays the groundwork for the employee's life cycle within the organization and services as a road map for professional, and sometimes personal growth and development of the employee.
This course provides downloadable tools and templates to help leaders build effective Performance Management Plans they can use consistently across the organization. This course will take approximately 2 hours to complete.
